What more could you ask for in a boat?

Assembly

Air Floor Boat
- Find flat surface to assemble boat large enough for finished size.
- Remove any sharp objects from flat surface.
- Unfold and spread boat out flat.
- Verify the valve/cap gasket is in place.
- Connect the pump to the valve and inflate it.
- Most boats have at least three chambers. Begin inflation at bow, then starboard (right) and portside (left).
- Inflate tubes to around 50%.
- If you are using a wood seat, place it when the tube is inflated to around 50%.
- Put in the Air floor and inflate it to around 70%.
- Inflate tubes to 100%.
- Inflate air floor to 100%.
- Inflate the keel to 100%.
- Install the oars.
- Install the drain plug.

Do not inflate any one chamber in full on it's own as this causes unnecessary stress to the inside bulkhead. Maintain a balance of air in each chamber. By this method, the bulkheads that divide the main air chambers are maintained so that there is equal pressure and approximate inflated size on each side of the bulkhead. Over inflating can cause structural damage to your boat. Do not allow your boat to stand in direct sunlight when out of the water, as this may cause expansion to the point of damage or bursting. (Maximum air pressure:0.3 bar) How to operate the valve: Depress valve core and rotate clockwise. To open the valve. Turn 1/4 clockwise. To close the valve, turn again 1/4 clockwise.

Wood and Aluminum Floor Boat
- Find flat surface to assemble boat large enought for finished size.
- Remove any sharp objects from flat surface.
- Unfold and spread boat out flat.
- Verify the valve/cap gasket is in place.
- Connect the pump to the valve and inflate it.
- Most boats have at least 3 chambers. Begin inflation at starboard (right), then portside (left) and bow.
- Inflate tubes to around 30~40%.
- Set No.1 and No.4 floorboard first with the numbers facing up.
- Then set No.2 and No.3 floorboard.
- Make sure all floorboards are well seated in correct position then push down on the joint slowly and firmly until everything is flat.
- Put the aluminum stringer into the sides of floors. In order to put aluminum stringer in easier, put an oar under the fabric floor.
- Install the seat board.
- Inflate the tubes to 100%.
- Inflate keel to 100%.
- Install the oars.
- Install the drain plug.

Disassembly
1. Unscrew all air valves to deflate the boat.
2. Remove the seat.
3. Remove side joiners from the floor boards.
4. Raise the middle floor and detach from "H" joints. Remove floor boards. Remove bow and transom boards last.
5. Put floor boards, "H" joints, side joiners and oars into carrying bag.
6. Using the foot pump as a suction device, remove excess air from each chamber.
7. With bottom side facing down, tuck gunwale ties into boat. Roll boat from either end or place into carrying bag along with pump and hose.
